I had called Several notary places but Donna was the only one that returned/picked up my phone call the same day (less than 30 mins later) on a friday when everyone else is thinking about their 3 day memorial day weekend plans. Most notary in the area is either not working or wont pick up your phone call if its from an outside area code. So make sure to leave a message so they know its not a spam call! The ones i called before her either couldnt work on sunday or didnt want to or wouldn't travel. But Donna is willing to work so that people like us arent stressed to find anyone to notarize at the last minute. Donna was polite and friendly on the phone. I had to reschedule the appointment for a later time with her and she was understanding about it. She was punctual and courteous upon arrival when we finally met. She was patient with us and explained everything she was doing-she made sure that the party that was signing was capable of understanding what it is they were signing. She did it for one flat fee instead others that charge per signature or paperwork. She was kind, professional and efficient, I will definitely use her service again in the future. Thanks again, Donna!
